- On the General tab, click Diagnostic startup - load basic devices and services only, click OK, and then click Restart to restart your computer.
- After Windows starts, determine whether the symptoms are still present.

- You may want to print this Help topic before restarting your computer, because you will not be able to open Help during startup.
